The board of directors has approved the distribution plan and plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5 RMB (including tax) to all shareholders for every 10 shares, with 4 shares to be given to all shareholders for every 10 shares using capital reserves. 

The company currently has six major automotive cable production bases, including Ningbo, Chengdu, Benxi, Shanghai, Huizhou, and Hubei. During the reporting period, the company continuously expanded its leading advantage in its main business and improved its business layout. The "New Energy Automotive Cable Production Line Construction Project" of NBKBE Benxi has completed trial production and officially entered the production stage; The NBKBE Hubei "NBKBE Hubei Production Base Project" has basically completed construction and entered the trial production stage; The company's "Ninghai Automobile Cable Expansion Project" and the "Automotive Cable Insulation Material Renovation and Expansion Project" of NBKBE New Materials have both entered the factory building construction phase. In addition, the company plans to invest in the construction of a new production base in Mexico.
