On March 14th, under the unified organization of the company, the operational directors of NBKBE Shanghai and NBKBE Huizhou led their core employees to NBKBE Benxi for a three-day learning activity from benchmark factory. 

"The stones from other mountains can be used to attack jade." The company has always attached great importance to learning from internal and external benchmark enterprises. NBKBE Benxi was established as an internal benchmark factory by the company in 2023 due to its lean management in production operation and quality management. 

During the learning and exchange period, the business backbone of the three factories shared and discussed their work on factory operation, process optimization, quality management, equipment maintenance, spare parts management, order management, raw material planning, logistics and packaging management, etc. At the production workshop of NBKBE Benxi, the technical backbone also discussed, analyzed, and solved the actual production problems currently encountered by NBKBE Shanghai. 

This learning and exchange is the concluding visit to benchmark factories in 2023. In the early stage, NBKBE Ningbo, Chengdu, and Hubei have completed their "apprenticeship and learning journey".

The company will continue to promote effective benchmarking learning activities, establish internal "benchmarks" in various businesses and dimensions, and carry out benchmarking learning and communication activities of "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing" internally, to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses, and promote the development of the company.
